A joint project of KKL-JNF and the World Betar Movement, Magen is a 5-month long professional training program in Israel for Jewish youth from France. In an effort to encourage successful aliyah with secured employment opportunities and cultural integration, the program offers certification in either culinary arts or sports, together with an intensive Hebrew language ulpan and an army preparatory course. Throughout the program, KKL-JNF’s Education Division provides educational tours and seminars designed to strengthen the participants’ connection to the land of Israel, Jewish heritage, and eco-Zionist values.Â
